In many coating projects, the painting Contractors intentionally lower their cost variables drastically to compete, with the aim of winning more contracts to maintain their presence in the market, their bid is many time awarded as L1 bidder, and latter stage possibly inferior quality of products or workmanship delivered with many known and unknown malpractices.
